Advanced control system for two-axis solar trackers.

EasyTrack offers high flexibility and ease of use, thanks to the integrated webserver that provides web pages from which it is possible to control the tracker from a PC/smartphone, change the configuration, monitor the tracker remotely and record data on a PC.

The system allows you to directly control the motors of large and medium solar trackers, up to 8A of current per motor or 10A total, using an integrated mosfet driver (no external relays are needed). This makes wiring very simple and tidy.

The board connects to the customer’s 2.4 GHz WiFi network, and the web pages are accessible via a web browser from a PC or smartphone by simply entering the IP of the board in the web browser, and logging in with your username and password.

All measurements are also available in graph form in the dashboard and can be downloaded as images, txt files or excel files. It is also possible to set the interval between measurements and the number of measurements to save.

The total absorbed current is measured with high precision, and the motor is switched off if the current exceeds the set threshold, following an overload.

The display and buttons allow you to quickly understand the operating status, and manually control the solar tracker.

Unlike other models, the Sun direction sensor also contains a solar irradiation meter in watts per square meter.

The board also has 4 digital outputs, 4 digital inputs and 4 temperature sensor inputs, which we can program to meet the specific needs of industrial customers, in order to best integrate EasyTrack into their solar system.
