Description
The system is ready to work and does not require any configuration, just connect the motors, the power supply, and fix the sensor to the side of one of the photovoltaic panels. The sensor understands which side the Sun is on and the board controls the motors in order to orient the solar tracker perfectly.
It is possible to extend the sensor cable up to 50 m using a normal cat5 network cable and RJ45 connectors.
EasyTrack PLC offers high flexibility and ease of use, thanks to the integrated web server that provides web pages from which it is possible to control the tracker from a PC/smartphone, change the configuration, monitor the tracker remotely and record data on a PC.
An internet connection is not required for normal operation of the tracker.
The system allows you to directly control the motors of large and medium solar trackers, up to 10 A of current per motor, using integrated relays on the control board (no external relays are needed). This makes the wiring very simple and tidy.
The card connects to the client’s 2.4 GHz WiFi network, and the web pages are accessible via web browser from a PC or smartphone by simply entering the card’s IP address into the web browser and logging in with username and password.
